Shelley has over 15 years of experience in Capital Markets, banking, and M&A. She has robust experience managing secondary marketing teams and pricing, as well as the more analytical side of managing bank and non-bank portfolios, their valuations and risk. Shelley’s career has been spent on the buyside of the mortgage industry, and she brings a unique perspective and experience to the team.

Throughout her career, Shelley has bought and sold >$200Bn in MSRs and >$2.5Bn in whole loan transactions. In former positions she spearheaded the development of new products and business lines, including setting up student and personal lending programs.Shelley is also a subject matter expert in reverse mortgages. She created a HECM buyout program in 2014 and previously ran the reverse capital markets team at Onity Group (f/k/a Liberty) and the associated HMSR portfolio.

Shelley’s past roles include SVP Capital Markets (Onity Group), Digital Strategy & Consumer Wellness (TIAA Bank), and Strategic Initiatives – Capital Markets (EverBank). She has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
