Rick joined Incenter Capital Advisors in January 2024 as a Director of Business Development. Rick is a seasoned mortgage veteran with more than 30 years in the industry. Over his career, Rick has worked in both retail and TPO lending, Mortgage Insurance, Data and Analytics and most recently was with Freddie Mac on the Seller Engagement team. Rick has fostered deep relationships across the industry and country with Large, Medium and Small Financial Institutions, Credit Unions and Independent Mortgage Bankers. Rick’s experience spans across, capital markets, originations, technology, servicing, credit and QC within these organizations.

Rick lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his wife and has seven children spread throughout the eastern part of the US. Rick earned a BS of Business Administration from Indiana State University.
