Shelley has over 15 years experience in Capital Markets, banking, M&A, analytics, and asset rotation/ investments. She has robust experience as a buyer and seller of whole loan transactions and MSR assets, as well as securitizations. In former positions she spearheaded the development and execution of new business lines including student and personal lending.

Shelley is also an expert in reverse mortgages, having created a HECM buyout program, managed reverse capital markets for a top 5 originator, performed reverse MSR valuations for a top 5 servicer, and bought/ sold reverse MSRs.

In her last role, Shelley developed a model and was the sole valuation expert on the largest non-M&A MSR transaction in the industry ($50Bn).

Shelley’s past roles include SVP Capital Markets (Ocwen Financial/ PHH Mortgage), Digital Strategy & Consumer Wellness (TIAA Bank), and Strategic Initiatives – Capital Markets (EverBank). She has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
